How
Do I Order?
Ordering
products on TheNaturalSanctuary.com is simple:
1. Find the products you wish to order by using
the menu on the left of every screen.
2. As you find the products you wish to purchase,
simply click on the "Add To Cart" button
under the product overview. This will take you
to an add to cart page. There you can adjust quantities;
then click on "Add to Cart" to continue.
3. This
will take you to your Shopping Cart page titled
ProgressiveDoctors.com (parent company).
Here you may delete items, edit quantities, complete
order or continue shopping. When you are ready
to checkout, click on the "Complete Order"
button. This will take you to our Secure Processing
Area where you will fill out your shipping information.
At this point you will see a closed lock
in the lower right hand corner of your screen,
indicating
a secure site.
4. Next, click on the Submit Shipping Information
button. This will take you to the final Invoice
review page where you will submit your preferred
payment information (Visa, Mastercard, Discover
or American Express). That's it!
5. We also accept orders by Phone and Personal
Checks, Money Orders or Cashier's Checks by Mail.

Shipping
Rates & Policies
We
have a simple and reasonable shipping policy:
Domestic S & H $5.85; International S &
H $8.95.
Please
allow between 3-5 business days for Standard Domestic
delivery. International may take a little longer.
Should anything unforeseen arise, we will send
you a discreet email.
Upon
purchasing and shipment of your order you will
receive a confirmation email.

Methods
We
currently accept Visa,
MasterCard,
Discover and
American Express
using our 128-bit SSL
Secure Server. When you enter in your
personal information, including your credit card
number, you are using a secure connection that
encrypts your transaction, making it unreadable
to anyone but our credit card authorization company.
Your
credit card statement will be billed from:
"Progressive Doctors", Parent
Company of
TheNaturalSanctuary.com.
If you want to use a Money Order, Cashier's or
Personal Check instead of a credit card, send
it with an itemized list to the business address
on the Contact page; please include your return
address and day time phone number. Should a products
price change, the original price will be honored
if order is received within 7 days of the date
of the posted price change.

Return
Policy / Guarantee
Products
that are not opened may be returned within 30
days, with no questions asked.
However, because of the sensitive nature of our
products, there are some restrictions to our return
policy:
Open products, that are defective, must receive
a confirmation email telling us there is a problem,
within 30 days of your order before we can accept
your return. The customer assumes the responsibility
for all return shipping charges. Non-defective
open items are not returnable. We feel this policy
is fair due to the fact that by no means, can
we ever resell a returned or opened product.
